At Handy Famm, we’re all about creating fun, high-quality tools that spark creativity and hands-on learning. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind our products with a one-year warranty to make sure you have the best experience possible!
Our One-Year Warranty
We’re confident in the durability and craftsmanship of our tools, but if something isn’t working quite right due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it. Our one-year warranty covers any product issues related to materials or workmanship.
If you run into a problem, just email us at help@handyfamm.com with:
- A brief description of the issue
- A few photos or a short video showing the problem
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Once we approve your claim, we’ll send a replacement your way!
30-Day Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If your Handy Famm product is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery, we’re happy to accept a return.
How to start a return:
- Email us at help@handyfamm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and provide instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship it back using your preferred shipping method (we recommend a trackable service).
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: Returns sent without an approved claim will not be accepted or refunded.
What If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
Mistakes happen! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Just send an email to help@handyfamm.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A quick description of what went wrong
We’ll work quickly to send you a replacement product. If returning the original item is required, we’ll let you know and provide a prepaid return label. In that case, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement. If it isn’t returned within that timeframe, you may be charged for the additional product.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- We can only accept returns for products that are unused and still in their original packaging.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to them.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
- At this time, we only accept returns from within the United States.
