Toto is the baby of the Handy Crew and easily the bravest. Rules are more of a suggestion, waiting is not his thing, and if Stretch takes one more slow zen breath before swinging, Toto might just measure the whole job himself.
He is the smallest one on the crew, and absolutely certain that means he should go first.
