DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed in 1-3 business days.

Shipments occur during the business week, and not on national holidays. We do our utmost to ship products as quickly as possible, even when we experience high order volumes, and we'll communicate any next-steps via email should we expect your order to be delayed.

Damages

Handy Famm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
